To support the on-going growth of the business a new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Consultantto help to build a portfolio of enterprise sized clients across the UK from a combination of your own prospects and supplied with a view to nurture long term business relationships into a sale.

As a Senior Sales Consultant - Enterprise, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with new opportunities via meetings, consultative workshops, telephone calls, networking and emails
  • Provide detailed enterprise prospect plans for sales & executive review
  • Nurture opportunities to fruition and work with the wider sales team to close business development opportunities
  • Conduct a mixture of remote and face to face demonstrations/business meetings for new business opportunities
  • Prepare business presentations
  • Prepare workshops aligned to a firm’s business requirement
  • Ensure clients undergo a smooth transition from sales through to implementation
  • Produce accurate commercial proposals as part of consultative selling
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on the industry and competitors
  • Represent the business at exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Assist in identifying new markets and business opportunities
  • Record accurate and update information in Salesforce
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed annual targets

We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant - Enterprise with the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Extensive experience within the UK Financial Advice and Wealth Management community; including Platforms, Networks, Nationals, Private Wealth Managers, associations, and industry bodies
  • Well connected to C-Suite and decision makers in the UK Financial Advice & Wealth Management community
  • Consultative sales experience is essential
  • Experience with Financial Services back-office systems is preferred
  • Good IT skills are desirable
  • An active participant in the UK Financial Advice community
  • Strong networking and engagement skills
  • Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • A high degree of self-motivation and drive
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
  • Numeracy & Data Rationality
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
