To support the continued growth of the business, our client is seeking to appoint a Protection Adviser to join their busy and successful team.
With a Head Office in north Hertfordshire, a flexible working arrangement is available. Strong compliance support is provided along with a high number of quality leads, generated by a approximately 100 Mortgage Advisers and over 6,000 mortgage applications across the network.
This opportunity is hybrid home and office based, client appointments can be conducted face to face, over video call or over telephone and e-mail. The first few weeks the adviser will be expected to be in the office around 3 days a week for the first two weeks and thereafter can chose 1-2 days or full time if they prefer the use of the office space.
To be a successful Protection Advisor you will have the following skills and experience:
An ability to develop relationships with individual Mortgage Advisers and mortgage firms
A demonstrable track record of advising and selling Life, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection.
A strong work ethic, customer centric and with a hunger to write good levels of compliant business.
In return, the Protection Adviser can expect an excellent commission structure which will generate on target earnings of £55,000 - £65,000+. A 3 month financial guarantee is also available, whilst you build up your pipeline of business.
