The team pride themselves on their level of customer service, which is reflected in the number of repeat clients and the recommendations they secure.
As a Mortgage Advisor, there are several remuneration models available, on both an employed and self-employed basis. Whilst the employed package offers the security of a basic salary up to £28,000 and on target earnings iro £60-70k, the self-employed model offers a more favourable commission structure, which will enable you to generate earnings in the region of £70,000 - £80,000 (uncapped).
One of the many attractions associated with joining this business is the volume and quality of new business leads that are provided. At current levels you can expect 20-30 qualified leads a week. Having established several partnerships with renowned residential property builders across the UK, there is a continuous supply of enquiries to serve. With no need to self-generate any of your own business coupled with the dedicated support that you will receive; you can be assured that you will have the opportunity to generate significant earnings potential. On average, the current team of Mortgage Adviser's are each completing on 15-25 cases a month.
The majority of the Support Team operate out of high-quality business premises which are set within a parkland setting on the outskirts of Luton. You will have a flexible working arrangement, which will enable you to split your time between the office and working from home. You’ll enjoy manageable hours, (Monday-Friday), with some weekend on a rota basis.
To be a successful Mortgage Advisor you will have the following skills and experience:
- A full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
- A track record of providing mortgage led advice within a mortgage broking environment.
- A strong work ethic with a hunger to write good levels of compliant business.
