Our client widens access to financial advice through leading technology which powers the financial advisory experience. Our clients solutions support over 30,000 financial advisors worldwide, representing over three million end-investors, with over $1 trillion assets services across their platforms.

To support the on-going growth of the business a new opportunity has arisen for an Enterprise Customer Manager, to help to build out the Enterprise Customer Team. The Enterprise Customer Team will be responsible for our client's largest revenue customers.

As an Enterprise Customer Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of 3 – 5 enterprise customers 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel within your customer base 
  • Work with customers to identify opportunities for licence growth within their business and the roll out of other key projects identified
  • Point of escalation for your customers for any business-critical escalations
  • Assisting in the consultancy offering of the business and identifying business needs within your customers
  • Upselling additional modules and services within your customers
  • Be an ambassador for the business, ensuring that you continue to be seen in a positive light within an ever-expanding marketplace
  • To assist the UK Regional Management Team in customer presentations when required
  • Ensure appropriate governance model is applied to customers
  • Maintain a clear and auditable trail of contact within the CRM
  • Ensure customer contact is made in line with contact strategy
  • Build strong success plans with customers targeting clear goals and objectives with them
  • Running quarterly executive business reviews with customers
  • Act as a consultant across other customers as business needs dictate

We are seeking an Enterprise Customer Manager with the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Detailed understanding of how financial advice business operate in the UK market, and a deep understanding of how technology can support this
  • Understand the strategic customer management strategy
  • Experience with dealing with high profile customers
  • Experience within a previous customer management or business development role
  • 5 yrs experience working within the Financial Services sector
  • Understands the economic, regulatory and political factors that may potentially impact upon our client’s success
  • Project management experience
  • Numeracy/data rationality/decision making
  • Project and time management
  • Influencing & developing relationships
  • Communication (written & verbal)
  • Experience at working with or within large corporate businesses
