Working alongside the Customer Project Team Leader,  you’ll help manage the implementation process for customers, ensuring a smooth and successful transition. You will also provide a consultancy service to existing customers in collaboration with the Customer Relationship Management team. When the opportunity arises, you will manage additional adoption projects which introduces new areas of the platform to existing customers.

As a Customer Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the timely delivery of all aspects of a project
  • Advising prospective, new and existing customers on use, set up and configuration of the platform
  • Advising prospective, new and existing customers on best practice in relation to data migration from previous software systems
  • Advising prospective and new customers on best practices in relation to regulatory changes and business efficiency
  • Advising prospective and new customers on digital training available to aid adoption
  • To maintain and communicate regular project and activity management reports to the prospective and new customers
  • Being available for stakeholder/ sponsor activity in Product Enhancements and In-House Process Changes
  • To liaise with Sales, Implementation and Customer Relationship Management teams to ensure a smooth and successful project experience for customers
  • Being the escalation point for customers as their project manager
  • To identify and help prevent / resolve bottlenecks in all aspects of projects, escalating as necessary
  • To ensure the timely delivery of client data migration
  • Maintain key relations with internal teams and external customers
  • Help design and implement system and process changes
  • Measure and review the client project experience, feedback to senior management and liaise with relevant parties to implement agreed improvements
  • To transition the client to the Customer Relationship Management team following the delivery of new client projects
  • Keeping up to date with new functionality
  • Providing assistance to other customer service departments when required

We are looking for a Customer Project Manager who has the following skills and experiences:

  • Financial Advice Service industry knowledge
  • Competent in using and working knowledge of Intelliflo Office
  • Experience of migrating data from previous Financial Services software solutions
  • Project Management experience
  • Computer software knowledge
  • A consultative nature
  • Understanding of different advisory business models and processes
  • Understanding of other practice management solutions
  • Understanding of the current regulatory requirements and future changes
