Our client is an award winning, very highly regarded IFA practice/Chartered Financial Planners, which has been offering high quality independent financial advice to clients across East Anglia for over 30 years. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their Client Review Team.

Key duties include:

  • Proactively deliver a first class client review service to clients
  • Support Client Review Manager in the active management of all stages of the Client Review Process
  • Meet and greet clients at the office
  • Preparation of client review portfolio documentation
  • Dealing with platforms and product providers to obtain information about existing and potential investments
  • Handling client queries in relation to their annual reviews
  • Gaining and maintaining a sound working knowledge of Wrap platforms
  • Liaising with Financial Planners regarding their client reviews
  • Liaise with the Technical Team, Client Administration Team and Investment Team to facilitate the Client Review Process
  • Ensuring client files are compliant
  • Managing post
  • Maintaining client databases

Candidate Profile:

  • A “people” person, with some experience in working in a client / customer focused position
  • Excellent administration, written/verbal communication skills and organisational skills
  • Service orientated , with a general interest in providing an exceptional client experience
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a friendly team of dedicated individuals
  • Able to work proactively in a busy working environment and meet deadlines
  • Possesses a keen eye for detail
  • Interested in gaining professional qualifications in Financial Service

Salary £20K- £22K, according to experience, plus bonus & excellent benefits including:
