Our client is an independent financial advisors’ that has been in business for over 20 years. They pride themselves on excellent customer service and this is proven by the number of repeat customers they receive and high ratings on review websites.

Due to the continuing growth within the business they are looking for a temporary Administrator. This is initially a three-month contract but could be extended. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm (can be flexible). 

The Ideal candidate will have a track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge about Mortgages.

The role will involve:

  • Liaising with clients, Solicitors, and banks.
  • Processing all details onto a bespoke portal and database.
  • Chasing clients for relevant information.
  • Photocopying/scanning and filling.
  •  Answer the phones.
  • Making up new files or updating existing files.
  • Accurate keyboard skills are essential.

Skills and Experience:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Previous experience working in the mortgage sector would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Be confident, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Administrator will receive a salary of £10.00 per hour.
