A fast-growing, FinTech company is looking for an experienced Account Management Support Executive to join its busy team. They have recently experienced a period of substantial growth and are looking for someone to support the Account Management team in their day-to-day activity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, be detail oriented whilst also being personable and confident in building working relationships. 

Along with a competitive salary, you will also receive an annual discretionary bonus scheme (paid in April each year), 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) and a pension scheme. They also offer flexible working. This is structured as three days in the office and two days working from home.

 

As an Account Management Support Executive, your responsibilities will include:

You will be assisting the Account Management team in bringing in new IFA/Wealth Management clients and partners on board. This includes:

  • Fielding telephone calls and responding to incoming queries
  • Preparing deposit illustrations to show clients available products
  • Presenting preparation for new partners
  • Following up leads to ensure maximum conversion throughout the client journey
  • Onboarding partners on to our systems
  • Partner due diligence
  • Preparing and distributing monthly management information to partners

 

You will use internal systems to analyse trends in sales data and report these back to the Account Management team. This includes:

  • Weekly sales data
  • Conversion ratios at different stages of the client journey
  • Predicted flow and pipeline data 
  • Identifying areas for improvement 

 

They work in an FCA regulated environment, handling millions of pounds of cash every day so they need a bright, high quality Account Management Support Executive with:

  • Ideally experience of working with or supporting IFA’s and or Wealth Managers
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
  • Excellent planning, organisational and co-ordination skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong team player with excellent people skills including a confident telephone manner
  • Great work ethic
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT skills including capability in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
