There are three main packages:

Annual Retainer

A “safety net” to seek advice and sense check rationale around thinking and decisions at the outset. Suits employers who are confident and equipped to draft and produce their own HR documentation.

  • Unlimited advice by telephone and email.
  • Updates on legislative requirements and topical matters.
  • Reduced hourly and daily rates on all other Agile HR services.

Annual Retainer Plus

A package of support for employers who require additional support in delivering the solution including any required documentation.

  • Unlimited advice by telephone and email.
  • Updates on legislative requirements and topical matters.
  • Reduced hourly and daily rates on all other Agile HR services.
  • Agreed number of annual hours of dedicated hands-on support spread across the 12 months to utilise as required. This might include letter writing, document drafting, contracts of employment, meeting attendance and policy review.

Pay as You Go

This option is usually sought by clients requiring support for a specific duration or project. This could be stand-alone or to provide additional resource within an existing HR team.

  • A competitive daily and hourly rate to utilise on any of the services.
  • On an ad-hoc basis or for a specified period of time.
  • Reduced hourly and daily rates on all other Agile HR services.
  • Access to Agile HR services with no long-term commitment.
