As part of our commitment to the ongoing development of Specialist Financial Recruitment’s service proposition, alongside our Permanent recruitment solutions we are now able to offer both Fixed Term and Short Term Contractors for Clients seeking interim solutions for their more immediate requirements and maternity cover.
Short Term Contracts are run with a simple process, ensuring that Clients are only required to digitally sign-off the contracts and then digitally confirm Contractor’s timesheets, so that we can ensure that Contractors are paid promptly– with Clients being invoiced on a monthly basis.
We are able to assign multiple Client signatories for digital timesheet sign-off and work with Contractors in a variety of arrangements, including PAYE and LTD – without Clients being effected and with all necessary reporting to HMRC. We are also able to offer disclosed pay and charge rates.
Fixed Term Contracts operate in much the same way as Permanent placements for the duration of the contract, with Clients paying Contractor’s a pro-rata “salary” – with a single invoice from us at the commencement of the contract.
